Renee FreyÂ
Renee Frey, President of TalentQ, a nationally trusted recruiting firm built to serve operations-driven organizations where hiring decisions directly impact performance, culture, and results.
With more than two decades of experience in the recruiting and talent space, Renee has worked on both sides of the hiring table. Her career inside corporate environments gave her firsthand exposure to the realities leaders face: critical roles sitting open too long, misaligned hires that look good on paper but fail in practice, and recruiting processes that lack strategy, transparency, and accountability.
Over time, Renee recognized a pattern — great companies were being held back not by strategy or vision, but by their inability to consistently attract and secure the right talent.
That realization became the foundation for TalentQ.
Renee built TalentQ with a clear mission: to raise the standard of recruiting by treating hiring as a strategic business function, not a transactional service.Â
